Every year I am a vendor at a fundraising craft fair for a local organization. The Sandhills Children’s Center is a great organization that helps children with special needs learn and thrive. There are several trees that are donated by local businesses and are absolutely stunning, hence the name ‘Festival of Trees’. The trees are auctioned off and the Center raises thousands of dollars for their children! On the last day of the event, they always have a marketplace, where vendors can set up and sell their items. I have always brought many of my craft items to sell, but this year I was able to bring Calvin along.
We had the opportunity to talk to several people about the book and our kindness mission! I signed several books, which is always exciting! I brought and sold several Kindness themed items as well.
I love doing events where I can interact with the public. It is always fun to be able to share my passion with them!
